7-day hassle-free returns
Changed your mind? Contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right — return or refund, hassle-free. Items should be unused and in original packaging where possible.
Lifetime warranty
Every NovaSpark kit is covered by a lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. If a tool fails you in normal use, we repair or replace it.
How to start a return
- Email linjiannan@xinghenova.cn with your order number and a photo of the issue.
- We reply within 24 hours with your return or refund options.
Statutory rights
Australia: Our returns policy is in addition to, and does not limit, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major failure, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
Some US states (including California) require sellers to post their refund policy; this page is that policy. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited by law.
